TMC Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista to greet guests in our cafe located within a hotel. You will deliver warm, attentive service, take food and beverage orders, and help guests with inquiries while ensuring accuracy and hospitality.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, keeping the outlet clean, and supporting the team to upsell and provide superior guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous barista experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of cafe and hotel offerings and events.
• Take orders and process transactions.
• Prepare drinks and food items to standards.
• Keep outlet clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries, including recommendations.
