• Generate revenue by attracting new customers and offering additional products.
• Maintain inventories of coffee bean supply, brewing equipment, pastries and other items.
• Keep equipment operating by following instructions and reporting repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in line with sanitation standards.
• Improve quality by evaluating processes and implementing changes.
