Crystal Mountain is seeking a Barista for Brew62 to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume mountain cafe. You will be part of a close-knit team, handling coffee preparation, pastries, and grab-and-go items while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays; training and safety protocols are provided. A passion for guest service and the mountain environment helps you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cafe duties including service, stocking, and cleaning.
• Operate Brew62 cafe equipment and POS with accuracy.
• Maintain food safety standards and sanitation per state requirements.
• Assist guests with orders and ensure a welcoming Mountain atmosphere.
