Join a vibrant team at InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport as a part-time coffee maestro. You'll delight travelers with specialty coffees and exceptional service, ensuring their experience is bright and memorable. Envision yourself as an essential part of the bustling InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, where our team is known for providing top-notch service with a sparkling Midwestern charm.
We're looking for a coffee maestro to work part-time every Tuesday from 2pm-10pm. Be the hero of the afternoon slump, the wizard of the espresso machine, serving up happiness in the form of specialty coffees, lattes, espressos, teas, and mouthwatering baked goods or sandwiches.
As the gateway to the Twin Cities, we pride ourselves in giving guests a taste of the local culture, right here in our hotel. You'll make their day, and their journey, a little brighter by ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes everything from preparing all food and beverage orders, to processing checks, and handling cash transactions with precision.
At InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, we empower you to make a difference. You’ll have the opportunity to ensure the cashier stand is fully stocked with needed supplies for smooth operation. You’ll also carefully and promptly close all checks to the proper account, returning accurate change, and alerting the supervisor of any difficulty.
What sets us apart from the rest is our unyielding commitment to exceptional guest service. We're seeking someone who can serve with an upbeat, positive attitude. Your smile is your most important tool and can make all the difference to a weary traveler.
You're a high school graduate (or equivalent), with one to two years' cash handling experience. You're confident with written and verbal English communication. And you're excited about the prospect of standing tall, literally and figuratively, throughout the shift. If this sounds like you, then you've already got one foot in the door!
So, why wait? Jump into the action, and let’s make every guest’s experience an unforgettable one.
