We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.

Location: Inova Loudoun Hospital - 44045 Riverside Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20176. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Days may vary, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am or 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 3 - 5 years of experience required.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $18.25 per hour.

Job Summary: Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers.

Essential Duties:

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enter orders accurately, accept payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Follow HACCP standards for food safety.
5. Ensure proper presentation and temperature of food and drinks.
6. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
7. Greet customers courteously, explain menu items, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Serve food attractively and efficiently.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
