Job summary

Brian Head Resort is seeking a Retail Associate for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will assist guests with purchases, provide product recommendations, and maintain clean, visually appealing displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling transactions, restocking, and sharing resort information. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts may be required; a friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math and POS handling skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced retail experience is preferred.
• Weekend, holiday and night availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system to complete transactions, handle cash/cards, and process returns.
• Recommend gear, apparel, and accessories based on guest needs.
• Restock and maintain organized displays.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly customer service.
• Share basic resort information, including mountain conditions and amenities.
• Other duties as assigned.
