Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for friendly, outgoing Baristas who love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to create a great guest experience. Our baristas are energetic, attentive, quick on their feet, and able to keep things running smoothly while preparing quality beverages and making every guest feel welcome.

In this role, you'll prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, cocktails, and other specialty beverages while also serving draft beer and wine. You'll take orders, make recommendations, handle transactions, and keep the coffee and bar stations clean, stocked, and organized.

At O.H.S.O., personality matters. We want baristas who are engaging, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy interacting with guests while maintaining quality and efficiency during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service procedures
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest

• Training and required meetings paid at the applicable hourly rate
