PV Pie & Wine in Phoenix, AZ is seeking energetic Server Assistants to support servers, bartenders, and hosts by keeping the dining room clean, resetting tables, running food, and helping wherever the team needs it.

We emphasize teamwork in a high-energy, dog-friendly setting with pooled tips. The role requires a current Food Handler’s Card, Title 4 liquor certification, and prior high-volume restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, patio, and service areas.
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts throughout the shift.
• Expedite orders from the food window and deliver food to guests.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as directed.
• Pre-bus tables and remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Stock service stations and ensure supplies remain available.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Help create a quick, friendly, and welcoming experience for every guest.

We are looking for energetic, team-oriented Server Assistants who enjoy staying active and helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts by keeping the dining room clean and organized, resetting tables, running food, and stepping in wherever the team needs help.

At O.H.S.O., we believe in working smarter together rather than harder apart. Our front-of-house team uses a team-service model and pools tips, so communication, urgency, and teamwork are a big part of the job.

Dogs are also a big part of the O.H.S.O. experience, so you must enjoy having four-legged guests around!

Pay

• $12.15 per hour plus pooled tips
• $15.15 per hour during training and required meetings
