Job summary
Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is seeking a friendly Barista to join our fast-paced cafe team. You will deliver exceptional, genuine service while learning our menu of coffee, tea, and food items. You’ll work across stations, including kitchen prep, to ensure quality and consistency in every order.

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
- Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
- Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates.
- Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
