Better Buzz Coffee is opening a BRAND NEW LOCATION in New Port Richey, FL, with an anticipated October 2026 launch. We are seeking Baristas to deliver fast, friendly service, learn our menu, and help create Buzz moments for every guest.

Base pay starts at $15.50 per hour plus tips, with growth opportunities and a training ambassador. Join a high-energy team committed to energy, authenticity, and community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - baristas cross-trained and adaptable - including kitchen work.
• Keep our space clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates.
• Learn the entirety of our business: cash handling, expo, drive-thru, delivery support, and kitchen prep.

Compensation

Base pay is $15.50 per hour + tips as soon as the location is open to the public!

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service

• Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business

• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
