Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee is opening a new Brandon location and seeks enthusiastic baristas to join the team. You will deliver fast, friendly service, learn our beverage and food menu, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience from open to close.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in coffee or hospitality, enjoy teamwork, and are reliable with flexible hours including weekends. Competitive perks support growth in a lively, energetic cafe environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.

Compensation

Base pay is $15.50 per hour + tips as soon as the location is open to the public!

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service

• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
