Job summary

Truckee Gaming, LLC is seeking an attentive team member for the Coffee Shop in Verdi, NV, near Reno. You will make drinks, handle food items, and deliver excellent guest service while following recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring perishable items are dated. Valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card are required; multiple bonuses and growth opportunities are noted.

Qualifications

• Customer-service focused with ability to handle high-volume periods.
• Ability to follow drink recipes and procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

$750 SIGN-ON BONUS ; $250 AFTER 90 DAYS, AN ADDITIONAL $500 AFTER 6 MONTHS.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to follow drink recipes and follow correct procedures used in drink preparation.
• Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety.
• Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies.
• Put away all food and beverage deliveries as needed in the correct areas.
• Ensure all perishable items are correctly sealed and dated.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of Coffee Shop.
• Check for expiration dates on all perishable products.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Point of Sale system.
• Follow the proper cleaning and operation of ice cream machine, adhere to the cleaning and maintenance schedule.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
