Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is seeking a friendly Barista to join our Sofive Soccer Centers. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, deliver top-notch customer service, and maintain a clean, fast-paced workspace inside our vibrant facility.

The role requires prior barista or food-and-beverage experience, knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent communication, and strong multitasking skills. Weekend availability is a plus in our busy centers.

Qualificações

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Keep all areas - workstations, kitchen, and dining areas - clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility.
