Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is hiring a Barista to join our Sofive Soccer Centers. You will prepare beverages, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean, fast-paced workspace within a vibrant soccer and recreation facility.

The position requires weekend and holiday availability, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills to deliver top-notch customer experiences in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols
