Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer centers, is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team in Upland, CA. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, deliver top-notch customer service, and help maintain a clean, organized facility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top‑notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast‑paced soccer and recreation facility.
