Job summary

Bailiwick Bar & Kitchen at Guernsey Airport is hiring a Barista to deliver great coffee and service in a busy environment.

You’ll prepare drinks and light foods, operate the till, and maintain stock while providing memorable experiences for passengers and visitors. Training is provided; prior barista or customer-service experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience is desirable.
• Right to work in Guernsey and local residency required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early starts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks.
• Prepare food and light refreshments.

About The Role

As a Barista, you'll do much more than serve great coffee. You'll help create memorable customer experiences by delivering excellent service in a busy airport environment.

Your Duties Will Include

• Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks
• Preparing food and light refreshments
• Operating the till and handling customer transactions
• Replenishing and maintaining stock levels
• Keeping work areas clean and well-presented
• Using your product knowledge to advise customers and make recommendations
