Job summary

CHAGEE USA is seeking a part-time Tea Barista at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Pay is $20 per hour with tip eligibility and flexible scheduling. You will prepare drinks to company standards, learn the menu, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere. Training and room for growth are provided.

• At least 1 year barista experience preferred.

• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Essential Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
• Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash register to process transactions
• Frequent lifting/moving up to 25 lbs
