Job summary

CHAGEE USA is seeking a part-time Tea Barista at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa. Pay is $20 per hour with tip eligibility and flexible scheduling. You will prepare drinks to company standards, learn the menu, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere. Training and room for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate tea lover.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for flexible retail schedule.
• Food Handler’s Permit required (company can assist)
• At least 1 year barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand our menu to introduce new products and share tea insights with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Operate POS efficiently and receive payment from customers accurately.
