Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Barista to join our Full Time team. You will monitor the POS, craft beverages, and prepare grab-and-go items while maintaining cleanliness and guest service throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are weekend- and holiday-friendly, able to stand for long periods, and passionate about health and wellness. Weekend availability is required; join us in a wellness-focused hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor POS station by taking orders and assisting guests with menu recommendations, accommodations, and knowledge.
• Craft specialty beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and cocktails.
• Prepare grab and go food for guests by adding fresh ingredients to ready-made items, warming up sandwiches, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards throughout the day.
• Opening and closing the café.
