Qualifications

• BSN or health-related bachelor's degree with RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience in bariatric patient care or patient education preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for bariatric program with surgeons and staff.
• Develop and update patient education materials.
• Organize performance improvement committees and meetings.
• Ensure timely data submission for accreditation.
• Maintain website information and assist with marketing materials.
• Assist with annual budget and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate long-term follow-up and data reporting.
• Assist in staff hiring and orientation.
