Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Manage scheduling work queues and In Backet messages within EPIC.
• Verify insurance, pre-authorizations and referrals.
• Provide support to team when needed.
• Communicate appointment details with patients and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in medical records.
