Kessler Collection's Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville is seeking a Barback to support the bar team, keep the bar stocked and clean, and help deliver a best-in-class guest experience. You will process requisitions, stock beverages and supplies, learn product details, and ensure closing duties are completed while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

The position requires one year of related experience, evening shifts, and solid communication with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a barback or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evening shift availability.
• Adequate communication with customers and coworkers.
• Patient in dealing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Request, pick, verify, and store requisitions for bar and food items.
• Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware, and condiments.
• Develop knowledge of products served by the bar.
• Complete shelf-opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Attend to customer needs with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
