Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with bar and service teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare juices, garnishes, syrups, and mise en place for bar service.
• Stock and organize beverages, coolers, glassware, and service supplies.
• Restock and polish glassware; maintain bar cleanliness during service.
• Deliver food and beverages to bar guests promptly.
• Bus the bar; clear and reset guest stations.
• Communicate guest needs with bartenders and servers.
• Perform opening setup, side work, and closing breakdown.
• Clean spills, floors, and storage areas; waste removal.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Attend preshift meetings and stay updated on menu offerings.
