Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, cleaned, and ready for service. You will prep juices, garnishes, restock, polish glassware, and assist with delivering food to guests while maintaining high-volume pace.

The role requires quick, accurate work, clear communication with bar and service teams, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience preferred and physical stamina a must.

Qualifications

• Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage basics and bar terminology.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy setting.
• Clear verbal communication with bar and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare juices, garnishes, syrups, and mise en place for bar service.
• Stock beverages, glassware, and service supplies at the bar.
• Restock coolers, ice wells, and bar supplies throughout service.
• Polish glassware and deliver food to bar guests as needed.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with health standards.
• Communicate guest needs and timing with bartenders and servers.
• Assist with opening and closing side work and setup/breakdown.
