Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback at Golden Mesa Casino in Guymon, OK. This part-time position supports bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and preparing beverages, maintaining bar supplies, and ensuring a clean, efficient service area during evenings and weekends.

Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain gaming and liquor licenses, and flexible for nights and holidays. The role includes a benefits package with health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, daily pay options, and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must possess or obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of guest service principles and processes.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Mature judgment and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and follow orders.
• Ability to understand written information.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender.
• Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly.
• Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs.
• Replenish ice at the bar.
• Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment.
• Prepare food items for drink preparation.
• Manage trash pickup and disposal.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Review procedures to improve service and safety.
