Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older; able to obtain gaming license.
• Able to obtain Oklahoma liquor license (ABLE).
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of guest service principles and processes.
• Good oral communication skills; mature and professional.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under bartender guidance.
• Maintain bar supplies and replenish as needed.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly.
• Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs.
• Replenish ice; clean and polish bar and equipment.
• Prepare food items for drink preparation.
• Manage trash pickup and disposal; maintain sanitation.
• Review procedures to improve service and safety.
