Responsibilities

• Keep VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked.
• Refill ice wells.
• Restock the bar with glasses, napkins, coasters, ice, etc.
• Restock bar for the following shift.
• Put away shipments of liquor and beer.
• Track opening and closing inventory levels.

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keeping VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times
• Refilling ice wells
• Replenishing the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc.
• Restocking the bar for the following shift
• Putting away shipments of liquor and beer
• Tracking opening and closing inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be able to obtain Kentucky Racing License.
