Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Bar Back for Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel to maintain bar cleanliness, stock and deliver beverages, and assist in event setup. You will work in a fast-paced, high-traffic gaming environment, ensuring product availability and guest satisfaction.

You will rotate stock, support inventory controls, and collaborate with bartenders and supervisors to meet service standards while observing safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in hospitality or bar-related role is preferred.
• Eligible to obtain Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar outlets.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of functions as needed.
• Rotate products FIFO and manage bottle inventory.
• Provide timely bar and alcohol service with proper garnishes.
