Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated in Oak Grove, KY is seeking a Beverage Server to provide excellent guest service in a busy gaming environment. You will take orders, serve beverages promptly, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of prior work experience as a cocktail server is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep the area clean and orderly.
• Perform “responsible alcohol service” per patron limits and training.
• Be able to use bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
