Job summary

The Food Hall Co. is seeking skilled barbacks to join our team at our vibrant Plano venue.

This vital support role assists bartenders and helps ensure a smooth shift, with required weekend availability. Requirements include a minimum of one year of restaurant and bar experience, strong guest service orientation, ability to read and speak English, and the stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant and bar experience.
• Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform at all times (non-slip shoes).
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar.
• Stock liquor, beer, ice, wine, and glassware throughout the shift.
• Label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items in the bar.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and prepare garnishes.
• Greet guests and assist bartenders as needed.
• Follow health and safety standards for cleaning and sanitation.
