Zusammenfassung

Food Hall Co. is seeking an energetic barback to support bartenders and ensure smooth shift operations at our food hall destinations in Plano, TX. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and assist with opening, closing, and side duties while delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant/bar experience, English fluency, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Certifications (Food Handler, alcohol) and flexibility across shifts are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant and bar experience.
• Must read and speak English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Interact with guests professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar.
• Stock liquor, beer, ice, wine, and glassware throughout the shift.
• Label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items in the bar.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Prepare fruits and garnishes; rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Assist the bartender in greeting guests and welcoming them.
• Follow State Health Department standards for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a friendly manner; set up for next shift.
