Job summary

The ilani casino in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a beverage support associate to assist our Beverage Server and Bartender Teams. You will stock bars with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and paper products to ensure world class guest service.

Starting wage is $17.13 per hour with potential higher placement for relevant experience. Must be at least 21, able to lift up to 49 lbs, and willing to work nights, weekends, and in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

Provides support to our Beverage Server and Bartender Teams. Keeping bars stocked with supplies; including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and paper products in accordance with departmental procedures to ensure our teams can provide world class guest service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Interacting with our guests to ensure they have a positive experience.

• Stocking service wells and bars with all supplies in accordance to departmental procedures

• Replenishing and refilling garnish trays and ice bins as needed.

• Continuously restocking, collecting, washing, and returning glassware to appropriate destinations.

• Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures, monitoring levels of intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• A successful candidate must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must be dependable, flexible, and available to work any shift, especially nights and weekends.

• This is a standing position, and includes bending and lifting, you must be able to do this job effectively for an 8-hour shift.

• Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
