Colors of Mexico in Las Vegas seeks a Bartender/Barback to prepare and serve beverages and food, while delivering friendly, prompt service. You will stock supplies, assist with inventory, and keep the bar clean and ready for service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and supporting bartenders during peak periods. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Verify guests' identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking drink and food orders, and addressing customer needs.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies throughout each shift.
• Wash and polish glassware, clean bar equipment, and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Assist bartenders during busy periods by replenishing supplies and clearing used glassware.
• Handle credit card transactions and accurately operate the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and securing the bar.
