Job summary

COTE Vegas in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Barback to support bartenders and maintain a fast-paced bar and lounge.

You'll stock, clean, greet customers, take orders, and ensure proper service while upholding health and safety standards. Familiarity with POS and hospitality software is helpful.

We seek candidates with strong teamwork, English communication, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reads, speaks and understands English.
• Able to communicate by email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Completes all side work related to bar setup and breakdown.
• Keeps bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, napkins and ice.
• Greets customers and assists with seating and service.
• Organizes deliveries and maintains bar inventory.
• Serves food and beverages as directed by bartenders and takes accurate orders.
• Ensures correct order entry into the system with 100% accuracy.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and safety standards.
• Trains new staff as assigned by Bar Manager.
• Assists other restaurant stations when needed.
