Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous Apprentice Bartender or Barback experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with guests to meet needs.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (e.g., TAM/ACT) required.
• Valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Know menu items and suggestively sell items to guests.
• Set up and break down bar stations at start/end of shift.
• Keep bar and lounge area clean and stocked, including bar top and glassware.
• Restock bar inventory, garnish trays, and ice bins as necessary.
• Restock beer kegs and soda BIBs and change kegs as needed.
• Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for cocktails.
• Run food to tables and bus tables as needed throughout the restaurant.
• Perform assigned side work and maintain sanitation standards.
• Actively market Fine Entertainment venues by collecting guest information for marketing.
