José Andrés Group is seeking barbacks to join our Las Vegas team. You will help set up bar areas, restock supplies, polish glassware, and keep the bar clean while supporting bartenders and guest service. This role requires standing long hours and availability on nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Stand for up to 8 hours and move around busy dining spaces.
• Able to lift up to 15–30 lbs as needed.
• Wlexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar areas, side stations, storage and napkin folding.
• Restock bar, glassware, liquor, ice and garnishes as needed.
• Polish glass and silverware for guest service.
• Keep bar and surrounding areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist bartenders with non-alcoholic beverages and juice prep.
• Handle keg changes and inventory alerts; transport dishes to kitchen.
