Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC in Dallas is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and maintain an efficient, well-stocked bar environment. This role involves replenishing supplies, organizing ingredients, and keeping bar areas clean during shifts to ensure fast and high-quality guest service.

You will assist during peak periods, change kegs and monitor inventory, while upholding safety and sanitation policies and contributing to a smooth service flow. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barback, busser, or in food and beverage support preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of bar operations and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate in English required.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.

Responsibilities

• Replenish bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Assist bartenders by fetching, organizing, and restocking ingredients and tools.
• Keep all bar areas during shifts.
• Clear empty glasses, bottles, and barware from bar tops and guest areas promptly.
• Clean spills and maintain a safe, dry, and presentable bar environment.
• Change kegs, tap beer, and ensure draft systems are properly functioning.
• Restock bottled beverages and monitor inventory levels during service.
• Assist bartenders with preparation of drink orders during peak periods.
• Maintain back-of-house bar storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Support setup and breakdown of bar stations before and after service.
