The Knox, Auberge Collection on Knox Street in Dallas is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and bar operations. You will ensure supplies, products, and equipment are stocked and readily available to maintain an efficient, clean, and guest‑friendly bar environment.

This role focuses on replenishing stock, assisting with drink orders, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards during service, including setup and breakdown of bar stations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barback, busser, or in food and beverage support preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of bar operations and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate in English required.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.

Responsabilités

• Replenish bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes
• Assist bartenders by fetching, organizing, and restocking ingredients and tools
• Keep bar areas clean during shifts
• Clear empty glasses, bottles, and barware from bar tops and guest areas promptly
• Clean spills and maintain a safe, dry, and presentable bar environment
• Change kegs, tap beer, and ensure draft systems are properly functioning
• Restock bottled beverages and monitor inventory levels during service
• Assist bartenders with preparation of drink orders during peak periods
• Maintain back-of-house bar storage areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures; support setup and breakdown of bar stations before and after service
