Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant.

• TABC and Food Handlers certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the other Barbacks and bartenders in monitoring day-to-day operations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and take drink orders.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and well maintained throughout the shift.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
