Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking an energetic Barback to support the bar team in a fast-paced setting. You will replenish supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain cleanliness to ensure smooth service for guests.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and collaboration with bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year bar/restaurant experience preferred (fine dining preferred).
• Must be able to lift/pull/push 75+ pounds.
• Frequent bending, lifting and stooping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes and supplies.
• Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown before/after shifts or events.
• Prepare garnishes (citrus wedges, cherries, olives) and drink essentials.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organize tools and supplies.
• Monitor stock and alert when supplies run low.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests and support during peak hours.
