Position Overview

The Andretti Barback is a part-time position responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the bar operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering food and drinks, restocking supplies, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting with safety and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
2. Deliver food and beverages according to company standards.
3. Wash, sanitize, and restock glassware and bar supplies.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations.
5. Manage inventory and restock as needed.
6. Provide energetic and attentive guest service.
7. Monitor safety and enforce guidelines.
8. Assist with guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
9. Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
