Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Bartender for our Banquets department. Join a team passionate about guest service and supporting one another. Our hotel features 283 suites and 6,000 sq. ft. of event space, located conveniently in Norman, with easy access to Oklahoma City.

Work Performed:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and control systems.
• Promote food and beverage sales.
• Provide excellent guest service, greeting and serving guests courteously.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish prep, stocking, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables before closing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Comply with liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
• Follow safety and security policies, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as required to fulfill the role’s purpose.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Previous customer service experience.

Preferred Experience:

• 6 months of bartending experience.
• Experience in bars or restaurants.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Cleveland County Food Handler Certification, Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License, TIPs/RServing/ServSafe or similar certification, obtained during onboarding.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, squat repeatedly.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift.

Availability:

• Flexible to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
