Job summary

Crooners Supper Club in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a part-time Barback to support the bartenders and keep the bar stocked, clean, and efficient during shifts.

Responsibilities include replenishing liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, prepping garnishes, changing kegs, washing glassware, and assisting with setup and shutdown. The role offers $15.00 per hour plus tips, with daily pay and opportunities like 401k match and paid training, for 2-3 nights per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to push, pull and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong knowledge of bar menu items.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area including washing glassware, wiping down counters, and removing empty glasses from the bar top.

• Change kegs, handle trash, and assist bartenders with any immediate needs.
• Attend staff meetings
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Fill in as needed during busy and understaffed times

Crooners Supper Club is hiring for a part-time Barback position!

The Barback assists the Bartender in the efficient running of the bar area, ensuring the bar operates smoothly by keeping it stocked, clean, and supplied with ice, liquor, beer, and clean glassware.

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.

Schedule

2-3 nights per week. Must be available for at least 2 shifts per week on weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Shifts typically run from 3:30pm - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
