Nobu Miami Beach is expanding its bar team. We are seeking dynamic individuals to serve guests in the Nobu style with prompt service and quality beverages, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

Recent openings require reliable, hardworking professionals with minimum 1+ year experience in fast-paced hospitality, strong communication, and knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne. Full-time employees receive 401K and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Basic Food and Beverage knowledge, coffee/tea/sake/wine/champagne awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant features, beverages/cocktails/wines, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant standards, policies and procedures.
• Clean and maintain the dispense bar area at all times.
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area.
• Prepare hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style.
• Assist the bar and FOH staff with other bar/beverage needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant features, beverages/cocktails /wines/etc. cuisine, general information
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant standard, policies and procedures
• Cleaning and Maintaining the Dispense Bar area at all time
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area
• Prepare Hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style
• Assisting the bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1+ Year Experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Basic Food and Beverage knowledge, consistent and concise guest relations
• Must have knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne
• Abilities to constantly stand/walk, occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling while occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs
