The h.wood Group is expanding its Bar Shishi concept in the Rivani building, Miami Beach. We are seeking a Barback to support bartenders, maintain a fully stocked bar, and deliver a polished guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting.
Ideal candidates will have a valid Florida Food Handlers card, be 21+, and able to lift up to 30 lbs. The role requires outstanding energy, reliability, and teamwork in a luxury hospitality environment.

Coming soon, Bar Shishi is hidden behind a discreet entrance on the third floor of the prestigious RIVANI building. This intimate, cocktail driven speakeasy brings a cinematic sense of theater to the art of mixology. Centered around Tokyo precision style bartending known as Ginza style, the experience focuses on elevated cocktails served alongside Japanese inspired light bites designed for sharing. Warm lighting, layered textures, and curated vinyl allow the room to effortlessly evolve from early evening conversation into late night energy.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Barback will provide personalized and immaculate guest service and an elegant dining experience by anticipating and providing for all guest needs/requests. They will be responsible for making sure the bar is fully stocked, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing all glassware. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.
