Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in bar/restaurant or fast-paced hospitality.
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of restaurant features, beverages, cuisine and general information.
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures.
• Clean and maintain the dispense bar area at all times.
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area.
• Prepare hot beverages in the Nobu style.
• Assist bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs.
