• Minimum 1+ year experience in bar/restaurant or fast-paced hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of restaurant features, beverages, cuisine and general information.
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures.
• Clean and maintain the dispense bar area at all times.
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area.
• Prepare hot beverages in the Nobu style.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to serve our guests in the Nobu style with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. We are looking for reliable, hardworking and professional Candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant features, beverages/cocktails /wines/etc. cuisine, general information
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant standard, policies and procedures
• Cleaning and Maintaining the Dispense Bar area at all time
• Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area
• Prepare Hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style
• Assisting the bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ Year Experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Basic Food and Beverage knowledge, consistent and concise guest relations
• Must have knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne
• Abilities to constantly stand/walk, occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling while occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs
