Xfinity Live! in St. Louis seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations of a premier country bar and venue, ensuring top service and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff; manage vendors and entertainment bookings; oversee payroll, inventory, and financial reporting; enforce safety, quality, and brand standards; and represent the venue professionally to the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4 year college degree in restaurant management preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in restaurant/nightclub management; multi-unit management a plus.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue per company policies.
• Maintain professional image, cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards.
• Recruit, interview and hire team leadership; train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Manage vendor contracts, entertainment bookings, and third-party relationships.
• Prepare OPS statements and other financial disclosures; monitor cash controls and losses.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, inventory, labor, and cost of goods sold.
• Ensure staff safety and a guest-focused service environment.
• Represent the venue professionally to the community and media.
