Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations per company policies.
• Maintain professional image including cleanliness and uniforms.
• Manage vendor contracts and outside entertainment.
• Prepare ops statements and financial disclosures.
• Control labor, inventory, cash handling and cost of goods sold.
• Recruit, train and develop management staff; take disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety and guest experience standards.
• Represent venue to community and media.
