Bikanervala in Diamond Bar, CA is looking for a talented and energetic Bartender to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft and personality to a vibrant, guest-focused environment where great drinks and great service go hand in hand.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests at the bar, and maintain a clean, well-stocked station while adhering to California alcohol regulations.

Formación

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred but not required.
• Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or ability to obtain one.
• Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in California (21+).
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, guest-friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests.
• Greet and engage guests at the bar, providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.
• Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with floor staff as needed.
• Handle cash and POS transactions, including tabs, payments, and tips.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ordering bar supplies.
